The Apple Guys and www.theappleguys.co.uk are trading names of TAG Northwest LTD, TAG Northwest LTD will appear on any transactions from our website.

All goods and delivery costs must be paid for in full by the customer before goods are dispatched. Fraudulent attempts to obtain goods via unsolicited means are deemed a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to make changes to these prices at any given time.

The customer's right to cancel an order or be refunded for faulty goods (as examined by our returns staff) is reserved.

All stock is offered subject to availability. If the items you've requested aren't available when your order is processed we will send the goods out as soon as they are available, but if there is a long delay we will offer an alternative item or refund your card or paypal account. In all cases we will do our best to keep you informed.

License for Use and Restrictions The Apple Guys and TAG Northwest LTD Prohibits , Hacking and any other forms of site misconduct. We hold no responsibility for loss of use resulting from bugs or site coding.
TAG Northwest LTD and The Apple Guys holds all Intellectual Property Rights, therefore consent must be obtained from TAG Northwest LTD for reproduction of any part of the site with the exception of images. Although we take every care to check the content of the site we cannot be held liable for Links or Postings that may become offensive due to a third party.

Loss of Use Upon Violation

The user's Failure to conduct themselves in a proper manner within the site will result in termination of their user account and possible criminal prosecution.
